Ipswich Inn is a Level 1 Boarding House with 20 Single Rooms and 2 Double rooms. 24/7 Security Cameras in common areas for safety.

Single Room has a single bed with mattress, desk with a chair, clothing rack and storage drawers, mini-fridge with a freezer, small TV with a remote, sink and ceiling fan. Pillow and Bed linen provided. Secure pin-locked door.

Shared Kitchen equipped with cook tops, extractors, oven, microwave, fridge, hot water boiler and chester-freezer. 

Shared WC, Shower facilities and Laundry, an outdoor Gazebo with green lawn and open space.

Our residents are of mature age. We have Zero tolerance to drugs, aggression and poor behaviours toward our house or residents.

Ideally located in the residential street just a stroll away from the Riverlink Shopping Centre, Browns and Cribb Parks and Ipswich CBD.
