Call 07 3202 1693 to arrange an inspection. Usually the inspection and interview takes place between 9am and 12pm. The caretaker will show you the room and around the house and discuss the house rules with you. You will be asked about your situation and residency plans.

If you are approved, you will be given information to apply to the Housing Department. Please wait at the Housing Department to sign your approval for Bond Loan before moving in. The housing department must provide your approved paperwork to our email 1roomliving@gmail.com before you can move in. Or pay yourself at the premises and move in straight away.

You can move in anytime when your bond loan approval has been received by us or after you paid bond and fortnightly rent yourself. Please note our rooms are for living and not for storage. Please do not bring bulky items with you such as furniture or white goods.
After moving-in, the manager will prepare the RTA paperwork for your lease such as Form18 "Rooming Accommodation Agreement", Entry Condition Report, Bond lodgement form and CentrePay authority Form and House rules for your signing. All rent monies are to be paid in advance and fortnightly.
